Policies

 

• If for any reason you cannot keep your dog or puppy at any age, you must return it to Brandon's Golden, at your expense.

• Our puppies are ready to go to their new homes at 8-10 weeks of age.

Puppies will be vaccinated, dewormed and will be well socialized and ready for their new homes.

​

• Our puppies come with a 2 year health guarantee that covers tested genetic illnesses and diseases.

Each puppy will have one month of Trupanion insurance.

According to the sales contract you can return the puppy only in case of genetic disease detected

​Allergy to the puppy is not a cause for return

If a puppy stops using a litter box it is not a cause for return.

(But we always can help to get him accustomed to litter box)

• Health and Registration papers will be provided with your puppy.

• A puppy basket with puppy dry  and wet food as well as toys and Golden Retriever book will accompany each puppy . Each puppy will go home with his/her own carrier.

Shipping / Delivery

Shipping fee will be $150 extra if you are above 5hrs drive from us. We do not charge for delivery if you are within 5hrs driving distance from us.

We deliver to your provided address and to further locations,

In case you are in a far location, we fly the puppy  to your local or closest airport. 

Pickup details will be sent prior to arrival of your puppy at your local airport.

 
Visits

Home visits are welcome on Tuesdays and Thursdays,

and we will happily send pictures of your reserved puppy regularly.

Visits are scheduled only for families who have made initial deposit for their puppies.

Delivery Days

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays are Delivery Days.

We deliver nationwide but at the extra cost of $150

Payment

Full payment upfront .

Initial deposit to hold a puppy is $200 and its refundable within 10 days in case you decide to wait with the purchase. But when 10 days exceeds, its non refundable.
